The family loved their home but not their kitchen: glossy beige doors, fluorescent panels and a hood that dominated the room. We kept the walls and the window and redesigned everything inside them.
Tall walnut columns now hide the ovens, fridge and pantry. A black marble island with waterfall ends anchors the room, and a recessed ceiling with warm coves replaced the old panels.
